Based on what you believe that reporting in Europe would happen ?

Are they considered as a financial institution like a bank ?

If it is a recognized financial service, then it is certainly a significant oversight not to link to the license for providing this service. For me, that’s a strict NO GO, underlined. Amateur.

But since it’s an American site, at least based on what we can see, it’s FATCA that applies and not CRS – but don’t think that you can’t be reported if the authorities in your country request information from them.
