We have products of artificial Jewelry and beauty products from Asian continent(India/Thailand) which we are looking to sell to US/CA customers through ecommerce store. Products will be shipped directly by distributors to customer. We need solution for accepting payment from processor like Stripe/Paypal. What will be cheapest option to open startup company for ecommerce which is legit and paypal/stripe will accept.
1 option is to do in India and tie with payment gateway but i dont know the taxation cost. Any other suggestion will be great help.
Requirement - cheapest company formation and low tax for ecommerce site with bank account to get payments for customers in US/CA through paypal and stripe
