Question EMI for personal use outside of SWIFT with EU passport?

I see that neak.hk now take on corporate customers only... Didn't want to give away my biometrics to China when they opened, but now that whole game has changed.

Are there any EMIs that are easily available outside of the most intense scrutiny of US/EU? Preferably also outside of SWIFT, or with a likely option if/when it all comes tumbling down?

This is for smaller amounts, safeguarding only - already got accounts here in Asia as well as N26, Transferwise, Advcash and Wired

Would be totally OK with high fees or onboarding using lawyers or similar, if it is a good long term solution.

Outside SWIFT?
How do you want to transfer money to/from those banks?

If you really don't care about SWIFT transfers, maybe you should go for TRNC or maybe even North Korea.
I red for north korean banks a personal visit is required.

Not outside of SWIFT altogether, or just yet...

To be more precise: in a jurisdiction that might operate also if/when SWIFT gets shut down, like a Russian bank.
