EMI's that have transfer to bank account capability

Is there a list of EMI's that have the capability to send to an actual bank account and not just another waller? I believe with LeuPay you can do this, are there any others?

1) private or business account?
2) type of verification: paper only, due to bandwith limitations or video also possible?

That is a problem, most EMI's focus on the EU/EEA.

You might try neat.hk, they will have access to the HK bank system later this year.
