for purchases and sales within European Community nations:
Can you recommend a company in the UK or Cyprus.
I've seen that it's less expensive in the UK but it gives me a better idea of a clean society.
Cypro immediately makes me think of offshore and the East.

If you're transacting primarily or heavily in EU/EEA, better go to with Cyprus or other EU/EEA member state. Makes things easier.
