What do you suggest for mainly EU/US customers busisness that has a work of a middleman, so basically we need to have as many payment possible to receive and send money.

You can use Stripe for a Gibraltar company.

Stripe would be the best for now. Also you can try with 2co and paypal. Not to forget crypto payment gateways.
