It probably comes down to asking them whether they can actually help you open an account, either with a bank or an EMI.
If they can't, and they also can’t suggest any place where they know you can get a bank account, then it doesn’t really matter, especially if having a bank account is a requirement.

They can open up an account as long as I don't trade forex with them. The only banks they found were in Dominica. I was like no thank you.

Yes that's typical the problem, there are not many banks available as the setups get more exotic.

Is that for real ? Same jurisdiction was offered by several agents for very high prices. The big question is can you get a reliable account for this company?

If that service isn’t a scam, then yes – it’s legit. You can just check their website.
They’ve been recommended here a few times over the years, but there aren’t really any solid reviews.
