I use Firefox, Opera and Brave. For searches I use Duckduckgo. Far superior to Google. Haven't used Google search for many years. But I still use Google location/maps when travelling. You have to switch on Location for this.It feels like Chrome keeps freezing for me after about 30 minutes of use. I have to close the browser, and then I have to reopen all my windows again.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Sadly, “What most users don't know is that DuckDuckGo doesn't have its own index—DDG is mostly powered by Bing. DuckDuckGo sources the vast majority of its search results from Microsoft Bing.”For searches I use Duckduckgo.
Superior in what sense? (Privacy aside)Far superior to Google.
Superior in that you get answers that you need, rather than answers that Google thinks that you need!Sadly, “What most users don't know is that DuckDuckGo doesn't have its own index—DDG is mostly powered by Bing. DuckDuckGo sources the vast majority of its search results from Microsoft Bing.”

DuckDuckGo results are much more imprecise/spammy than Google results. Many things cannot be found on DuckDuckGo and the results can be easily manipulated.I use Firefox, Opera and Brave.
