High Risk Ecommerce Business? high risk merchant + need EMT + Offshore account

I have a high risk online business that sells grey- area products in my country Canada and the taxes are extremely high as i cannot consider it actual product without receipts which will be considered full profit even though it is not.

I would like to open an offshore account and accept payment through there via credit card and is there an offshore account for accepting email money transfer in Canada.
Ive been looking at EMI + Darks and trying to figure it out!

That said, find the right payment processor first like Instabill, Verotel, WireCard and similar processors and find out what offshore jurisdiction, if any, they accept for the opening of a business merchant account.

Once you have that information you can proceed with your setup!
