Which one is better and why? I run an ecommerce business and provide consulting services too.

70% of clients are from EU/AUS/NZ and 30% are from the US

I'm looking to have as many EMIs and bank accounts as possible and also I need to be sure everything is done legitimacy.
what is better? US LLC or HK LLC and why?

There are some informations missing like:
- who is performing the work
- where is tax resident who is performing the work

Beside that HK could be run tax free only if you receive foreign sourced income but if your definition of FSI is "my clients aren't from HK" then you have a big problem.
All the work is done by myself and my contractors based in the PHILIPPINES.

I will be tax resident of Thailand soon.

100% of income is foreign of Hong Kong.

Thanks, I am no longer pursuing Thailand after reading all these posts, Malasya or Dubai here I come...
HK would make sense if you can get a visa, or even if you live in Malaysia and run the HK company from there. Worst case scenario you only pay 8.25% tax up to 235k USD in profit in HK, in the event you can't justify offshore exemption. Definitely not bad. Dubai could make sense too obviously.

Delaware is also an option, if no business activity in USA.
