How many shares for Cyprus company to be compliant?

Need to know how many shares I need for Cyprus company to not get troubles with the company registrar in Cyprus?

Actually there is no requirement but for administration and later changes we suggest the share capital to be either EUR 5000 or EUR 1000. Please note that you don't need to pay in the share capital so it is not an additional cost or requires you to pay in this amount additionally.

I got it thumbups I registered the Cyprus company with EUR 5000 in share capital. Once my Trust and Foundation in the Seychelles is properly registered I will move the Cyprus company over there.

As already mentioned, min. is EUR 1.000 but it does not need to be paid in.
