How to withdraw big money from paypal to bank not from same paypal account country ?

Hi all,

I'm banned in my country banks cause got lot of money not through any registered business, so can't withdraw anymore from my paypal account to any bank in my country.

What's the best solution to get the money from my paypal to other banks accounts in other countries ?

Transferwise used them but also they blocked my account due to same reason no business registered.

I'm thinking of buying Bitcoin with eToro for exemple using my paypal then can withdraw to any bank account in the world ?

I'm really blocked as can't get any money anymore from paypal.

You will need to open a bank account in a different country and move your Pay Pal to the same country. Then you can access the funds.
You must be a bit more strategic with regards to how you withdraw funds as that seems to be the reason why you keep loosing bank accounts.
