So if someone would ask around, where is the best place on the planet to open an EMI as a scam, what would have been the answer of the majority?

Just because they have place a branch or whatever in a offshore jurisdiction that is full of scams it does not mean that it is like this. We have no evidence they are!

Yes of course. I cannot know and I am not saying they are; I am just pointing a reputational fact of Comodoros.
