I need serious advice for offshore company formation and bank account

Hello! I have been searching the internet for countless hours and I can't get any fullfilling answers. I will break down my questions into parts, but first I will explain what I want to do.

So, I'm from EU, I'm in the process of loosing my residency, I want to open an offshore company that will save me from all the painful accounting and minimalize tax, I'm creating an online shop with dropshipping from aliexpress, I need a company, a bank account, a credit card and a paypal account, I don't have a lot of money so I need to keep the cost for everything below 2000$ (prefferably below 1000$).
And my questions are:

1. I have googled for every offshore company provider thats possible to find on the first few pages of google and I haven't been able to find legitimate trustful reviews not for one single company out there, where in the world can I find someone to do the incorporation for me and be sure that my money is 100% safe ??

2. Which country should I choose ? I kinda like Belize and Seychelles, but I've seen people say you can't open a paypal account? What would be the best place of incorporation for my needs that wouldn't have a problem having a paypal account and a bank account and a visa debit card?

3. When I loose the residence in my country, can I then stay without residence or is residence somewheer a must? And am I then free of any personal and dividend tax if I don't have residence anywhere ?

First of all, you want to change PayPal with 2checkout that makes more sense because it's almost impossible to get a paypal account for an offshore company. Now you want to head over to 2co and check what country they accept, typically they accept EU companies and it's possible for you to setup an account there which is way easier compared to PP!

Otherwise you want to travel to the country where you want to setup the company and try to open an bank account there and at your stay open a PP account as well. Usually this works until PP start asking question why you access your NEW PP account from a different foreign IP.

I'm in exactly the same boat. I want to do e-commerce dropshipping. I would prefer Belize for the strong liability protection and privacy. Any PP that work with Belize IBC?
