I understand that the US LLC will act as a pass-through entity, but what taxes do I pay to Poland?
Do I simply get taxed on personal income tax for the profits I withdraw or does the company get taxed?

Thank you.

Honestly, you have to pay taxes (for profits) in Poland. Why? Because you are polish tax resident...

But... almost nobody do that :D

If you have a LLC's bank account in any polsih bank, if you have an account on Allegro or other market, if you are using polish payment gateways - better to pay taxes. The worst part is if you will be honest, the polish tax office will check EVERYTHING

Welcome Polski Ład !

That's how it works for any European country in 2021 - it doesn't matter where the company is registered, what matters is where the UBO is located and from where the business is conducted.

If you setup a entire warehouse, shop or big office building in the US with employees etc. then it is a different story.

I can imagine that it must still be easy in Poland.

If you are the member of the LLC, you pay personal income tax in Poland
