Client mainly provides financial solutions, focusing particularly on OTC bond placements. License is needed to manage client's debentures within their brokerage accounts. The following licenses are of particular interest:
- Capital Markets License (CMS) of MAS Singapore;
- Type 1, Type 2 and OTC licenses of SFC Hong Kong.
