i am starting a Wyoming LLC, does anyone recommend an Accountant / CPA whos good at International Taxation??

I am watching this thread, I would like to hear opinions about it as well.

Btw I've heard that Delaware LLCs are very strong against veil-piercing and that Nevada LLCs are strong against reverse veil-piercing.
So you can sandwich them. You own the Nevada, and the Nevada owns the Delaware from which you operate.
