To be honest I couldn't tell you. I know the Canadian LLP had no taxes for non Canadian income generated by non residents. My particular business sells to basically exclusively Americans so my planned structure was going to be Canadian LLP > Aruba Free Zone company. This way I can have access to PayPal/Stripe but I stay away from the US IRS. Both a Canadian or US partnership entity are from 1st world reputable countries it's just a question of what works better for your specific situation and which is most cost effective.
