Hello everyone!

I'm thinking to establish an Irish LP for online business: customers from EU and US.
C2C. That's marketplace. Our commission will be 10-15%, so 85% of turnover we will have to send to our suppliers.
The management(me) will be in Georgia, so the company will be controlled from Georgia, with workers from Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, no office.
I have two questions:

1. How much VAT we have to pay for EU customers? From our comission?

2. Can I make payouts(85%) and the rest(15%) tax in Georgia as corporate or personal income from my LP?

1. When you ship a physical product to a customer in France, French VAT applies. When you ship a physical product to a customer in Italy, Italian VAT applies etc.
The VAT is calculated on the full sales price.

2. Talk to an accountant from Georgia about that.

If you offer online services, maybe you have a look at getting a free zone certificate in the digital free zone for your company. Would reduce the 15% even, but better check with georgian advisor/accountant
