If normal Russian citizen (not in sanctions) wants to register a company in China, what options are there?

Is HK still an option?
What are the requirements and can it be done remotely?

How hard it is to open bank account for this company afterwards in Hong Kong or otherplace?

Any info would be much appreciated

Without giving a long winded answer it is far better to relocate. With a non-russian address and if your not on sanctions list you will have very little problems. Otherwise your going to be navigating a minefield of secondary sanctions affecting you down the line and wasting a lot of time.

Not many countries are friendly for Russians to relocate now.

Turkey and Dubai are friendly for Russians actually..... But the important is not the country where your company is incorporated but the bank that would open an account for your company...
Which Turkish, Dubai banks would be friendly for Russian UBO who isn't sanctioned (normal citizen)?
