Is IBANFIRST opened for opening accounts for offshore companies

Dear all, Can you please tell me if IBANFIRST is opened for opening the accounts for offshore incorporated companies? Please, anyone. The thing is that, if they are not opened for offshore, I would try with Estonian company, which is dealing with cryptocurrency exchange. If that's even possible....

I tried to open an account there for offshore company but they asked many questions 3-4 times and more than 15-20 questions so I was tried to deal

I have go the response from IBAN first that they would like to have the phone/skype call...I would try to avoid for now...let you know what is going to happen..

Without Skype phone they will not validate your account even if they provide you already an IBAN .

what was the reason? Cyprus and Transferwise is actually working fine for me? Same with a UK and BVI company for which I opened a TW account.
