Is Paypal an USA Listed Company?

I like PayPal and it's services. For me PayPal is Internet. It is only because of Paypal I am online now, even at 2 A.M night.I know I can get paid for the work I do through Paypal to my Bank Account.My Bank is a listed company ,But I don't know whether PayPal is listed or not?If a company is listed in country's Stock exchange, that means more disclosure, transparency and faith in the whole system.

Honestly, I really don't know if you could buy stock in Paypal or not, but I am pretty sure that you can't. With how big the company has become I could definitely see it happening somewhere down the line however, but who really knows anymore?

First of all, although may seem useful (and it is!) PayPal is allowed only in 30 something countries. Think of all those people that don't have the benefit of using PayPal. They are literally impaired compared to other people for making money on the net like PayPal users are! PayPal sucks because of that!!!
