1) be a man
2) The idikon diamonitirion or "individual permit" is issued by the monastery for a period usually from 4 days to 1 year, officially with the right to reside only in the monastery indicated in the invitation
Its a great zero tax option for remote workers or when you need to reset mentally and cash out from your corporate structures abroad.

On a serious note, such lists are often outdated and not very useful. Loopholes can be more useful than exemptions.
