Is there central repository of tax residency certificates?

Anyone knows any centralized repository website that would contain fresh tax residency certificates for popular companies?

Currently looking for Facebook Ireland 2021 for example.

I highly doubt it as that information should not be publicly available, unless the company decides to publish it on their website, but generally speaking tax offices do not publish such documents.
