Trump talked about 3.5% tax for all transactions from US to outside. Then revenge tax for dividends. Then nothing happened.

One can keep his money in the US as a non resident foreigner without SSN or ITIN for decades. He can use US debit and sometimes credit cards. He doesn't have to move money between countries.

This seems to be the case so far.

Do you think it would change in the future?

If yes, based on citizenship? Or residency?

This would effect which countries or political blocs in your opinion?
