Legal company how to choose the right country

Hello,

I plan to build a legal company with of course low taxes.

I read a lot on the forum and i hesitate between :
Ireland
Bulgaria
Cyprus
Estonian company with e-residency.

Anyone had experience on thoses countries ?

What busines are you into? What are you goals? Do you look for any privacy?

I have been using a Cyprus company non resident for a long time, I don't pay any tax. Ireland may be cheaper to maintain long term I'm still investigating my options there.

I don't need privacy for this company is just need to get something legal with low taxes and easy to manage

This Company Formations Ireland, Register a company in Ireland seems to be the cheapest way of doing it. Accounting and filing of tax reports in Cyprus including renewal of the company is aprox EUR 3500 while a Irish company is way cheaper to maintain.

that's the registration fee.. what is the annual maintainance fee i.e. accounting and filing of tax ? or is that not required?

Closing annual tax and accounting balance and submission of an annual financial report in the Commercial register: € 100/150.

Bulgaria is the cheapest jurisdiction in EU.
Passport, Utility Bill, Bank Statement.

Corporate Taxation: 10%
All lelag business in Bulgaria are permitted.

The best jurisdiction depends on the kind of business.

I'm sorry, but no Dark in Bulgaria.
