Hi all,
I have a personal LeuPay account (verified) and need to receive a EUR 7500 payment from a customer through wire transfer (not SEPA). Is it advisable to provide the customer with my LeuPay account details or when the payment arrive they will start asking a lot of documents/questions holding the money back meanwhile?

I've had the account for sometime now but never used it to receive customer's payments and I've read that LeuPay can get very messy with amounts over EUR 2000 or 3000.

I don't want to have problems with the customer either (returned payment, T/T recall request, etc)

I'd appreciate your feedback or experience with LeuPay and wire transfers.

Thank you!

Thank you Brutus. I'm not planning to move the money anytime soon. Most of it (if not all) will stay in the account for a couple of weeks or even months but as LeuPay doesn't know that in advance (when the money arrives), I don't want they give me a big headache to credit it in the account and/or that cause me troubles with the customer (if they return the amount, ask to contact him, etc)

Hi Milky Moon. Thanks for your comments.
Yes, the account is legit and verified. My main concern is because my customers are usually individuals. I can certainly provide an invoice but given that my counterpart is not a company (with headquarter, website, etc), I don't know if that will be of much help for LeuPay and if they will then want other type of paperwork, procedure, etc. and will start asking millions of questions while they hold the amount back "pending" for weeks (I've also heard their support team is very slow in this regard)
I've read that these EMIs might have very weird procedures (selfies, etc) and it would be too embarassing for me if they ask me to do something with the customers (make them sign-up, request me their passports/bills, etc)
That's why I'd like to know other LeuPay users' experiences when receiving payments of around EUR 7500. I will not receive that sort of payments every week either, just about once every 45 days or so.
Thanks!

3 people have already told you. Why you keep asking the same question? You are not receiving 500k but just a few thousand so why make such a big fuss about it...

Sorry for the inconvenience @Brutus . I was concerned because I'd read some worrisome comments about LeuPay and payments over EUR 2000 or 3000.

i received from amazon 4 weeks ago 5500 Euros :) no request no questions, have that account for over a year. Using it as my main account.
Thanks for your feedback @dennis82 !
