This is really a great news,if it is true.I am really going to the site itself to check it's authenticity.Issuing own credit card means credibility of Liberty reserve will increase.All websites will use Liberty reserve as primary payment processor.But this proposed debit cards should be issued to all international members.Most important this is implementation.Planning of Debit Card by Liberty Reserve should not die in proposal alone.
