Did someone used LocalBitcoins.com: Fastest and easiest way to buy and sell bitcoins are they a legit company and do they really able to exchange bitcoins to Paypal and visaversa?

It is one of the website that looks most legit if you ask me but I have not tried them yet?

Any review would be much appreciated please.
