Between brazil, dubai, and indonesia, which location would offer more financial stability, security, ect.... if someone had a lot of money invested in different venues such as real estate, gold, artwork, ect...? If someone with a lot of money who had different kinds of investments, which of these three locations would offer the most political and economic stability? Which of the three is the best for large and long term investments assuming someone was gonna be getting 20 million usd returns per year? Which one should i go with?

To be honest someone with 20M per year shouldn't be asking that here, he/she should be paying an expert who can analyze the whole picture and suggest the best option...

But to continue with the joke I will pick Dubai since there are a lot of rich people and crime rates are low

Where do you find such an expert?

In my experience, most advocates, accountants, experts etc. are not worth their money and provide you with suggestions you can find/think by yourself.

When we contact an accountant/expert is not only so they give us ideas (we can get lot of ideas from Internet) but to get assistance with the law of the jurisdiction you are taking and if it's ok what you are doing. That's why millionaires pay for that kind of service... Now, where do you find that? I don't know but I'm sure Bill Gates, Jeff, Elon, etc have found many of them.

But what would be wrong with brazil if i may ask?
What I don't like about Brazil is the socialist agenda the country wants and the criminal rates... BUT I have never been there so I'm only talking from what I have read on many places.

I think you should visit all three places and spend a little time in each one, that way you will know if you like it or not

Anything else?

Well, lets assume you really have 20m $ as a gringo without any local protection, and connections to some high up brazil guy.
Joao and his crew will pay you a visit after they have gotten your CRS reports from banks around the world?
It's a joke to read the entire thread.

That said, I would choose Dubai over any of the listed jurisdictions!

What is wrong with brazil? - This is the country name and you are supposed to know that in a written English, which the language of this forum, a country name starts with a capital letter. This is the Brazil (short name for the country Federative Republic of Brazil), not brazil. Go back to school, give your millions to the poor and free readers here from your low class style.

None of those countries. Never heard of anyone wanting to live in any of those countries for stability or security reasons conf/(%. In fact those countries are the complete opposite. Dubai is a dictatorship ruled by a wife beating ruler.

Widen your search.

If you have 20M a year revenue, hire someone to do research for you ..I don't know random example bscn dot nl (I was reading their country sanctions list yesterday, looks like they offer risk assessement consultancy services) ..

If you are looking privacy and special personalized banking service with the highest level of secrecy for ultra wealthy people, the best is Liechtenstein + Switzerland. You will never receive the highest level of services in Dubai if you are not a Gulf person. And does not matter how rich you are. Singapore is also very good, but just for transactional banking. If you want to hold some parked cash, singaporean goverment bonds are good as well. Also Austria is very good location. And if you need to make huge transactions in USD, the best is Panama.

secrecy is where no one knows you. Even in these places, bank employees can and do snoop for your name.
If I am a famous European, I would try to bank where no one really knows or cares about me.
I would add HK to the mix for the Chinese minded person. Nothing to add to the other places.
