looking for: PSP offering Sepa direct debit for labuan company

Anyone work know any PSP's that can onboard a Labuan company which can offer Sepa direct debit in combination with a local payment method for the initial payment.
It's for a membership type site (non adult).
Volume +- 2m eur a year
