My company will has a lot invoices (more work for accountant), what is the cheapest way to get the accounting done for the company? Do you know an estimated price?

The cheapest way to do accounting is to do it yourself, but that can be time consuming and difficult. The costs for outsourcing it varies greatly between companies and how much work they have to do. Firms like PwC, KPMG, Ernst&Young, and Deloitte are fantastic to work with but tend to cost a fortune, compared to smaller accounting firms, where the service may not be the best.

You need to better estimate the number of invoices, payments, and receipts your company will generate in a fiscal year and contact accounting firms to get an estimate.

Good advise Zqq :) You think it is the same for offshore company in the Seychelles?

While you formally are required to keep books and accounts for Seychelles companies, it's not expected that the government will ever require filing or audits. It's effectively not applicable to Seychelles IBCs.

However, if you want to keep books for a Seychelles company, the same as above applies.

ahhh, no book keeping required for Seychelles companies that was a big thumb up:thumbsUp:. Thank you.

Book keeping is required and the registered office (registered agent) must know the location of accounting records, as per regulation 65.1 announced in the Seychelles official gazette on the 2nd of December 2011 and entered into force on the 27th of the same month.

You can find the legislation on the official SIBA website, under "International Business Companies (Amendment) Act, 2011."

However, there is no requirement to file or have the documents audited.

The fee for accounting and fiscal reporting is depending on how time consuming it is to accomplish the task. ;)

Why only look for cheap book keeping, wouldn't it be inetersting to have some accounting service that actually will help you to get a overview and diagram about your cashflow?
