Many requests in one thread. I need bank acc with visa debit card non-eu resident. I need it for receiving money outside my country from USA. Is there anything available or anyone willing to share some secret with me.. Ok i am new. but need this urgently... i am open to suggestions.... and yes completely legal.. nothing illegal..

can't be opened remotely, you'd have to go to their office and open it or authorize someone else to open it for you, and from documentation you only need a passport if you're a foreign citizen.
the banks i'm talking about are raiffeisen and sparkasse.
