I used to register a Marshall Islands offshore company without opening a bank account. I don’t use it now, but I have to pay the annual examination fee every year. I learned that you can log out through the formal channels of the paying agency, or do not use automatic logout for 1.5 years. If I log out automatically, will it affect me?
