It puts things into perspective regarding how easy it is for strangers to obtain personal documents that are exchanged in millions every day across various platforms. Security should by now be the top priority for service providers that require KYC - it's reprehensible and unforgivable that hackers have once again managed to obtain such information.
kyc and aml has to be abolished. Its useless and provides a lot of danger.
Countries must focus again on primary police works to catch criminals and use indirect forms of tax to get the sweet honey flows reaching their coffers.
The fact that this news doesn't have any coverage other than these sites not many peopel read is scary. 5 years from now people can be arrested for crimes they didn't even commit.
