Mercury bank relation to EU

Does mercury share info with EU, will Germany know if one of their resident is registered to have a mercury account with a USA LLC?

US is well known for demanding information sharing from everyone (FATCA) but sharing with no one.

USA shares info only on demand , that's what my accountant told me. There still isn't any automatic reporting and most likely they will drag it as much as possible.. but at one point they will have to share.. when that time will come , that's the real question.
