Need Recommendations for High-Risk Credit/Debit Card Processors for a Travel Agency

Hey everyone,

I'm running a travel agency and we're on the hunt for a solid high-risk business credit/debit card processor to handle our payments. Our chargeback rate is a bit higher than average due to the nature of how we conduct our business, so we need a processor that's experienced in handling these kinds of transactions. Currently, our monthly volumes are about $100k-$150k USD, mainly because we haven't found a stable processor yet. Once we do, we're looking to scale up to $500k-$1m a month. Most of our sales are done in the United States, and we're also in the process of opening a new LLC in the USA. Right now, we work by renting someone else's gateway, and they pay us out once it's settled, charging us a percentage. We're a OTA agency, which charges customers MCO and other fees on top of our commissions from the airlines to make profits. So these MCO charges are explained to the customer however they do chargeback these charges a lot of times (usually 2-3%) so we're looking for a merchant who is okay with that.
