Need URGENT solution for UK Business Bank (non-resident)

I'm stuck in a pretty serious spot and genuinely need someone’s help or advice.

Our UK LLP (EU residents, non-UK based) has earned a significant amount through Google Adsense, but the funds are trapped. We need an UK bank to withdrawal the money, and it has to match exactly the LLP and director names.

But the issue is that, most EMI's like Wise already banned us without appeal. And Payoneer and Revolut are clearly risky, likely to freeze funds once they see the amount.

I've spoken to multiple accountants and lawyers already, but honestly, they're either clueless or keep telling it's impossible. But there has to be a way to open a legit UK bank as an EU resident right?

I'm thinking of temporarily moving to the UK, and getting a real address, and then try to open a high street bank account, it might be my best bet?

* Has anyone here successfully dealt with an EMI that approves EU nationals and doesn't freeze large payments?
* Or are there any high street banks known for being more flexible with EU residents?
* Is there someone who professionally helps solve exactly this type of issue, arranging addresses, paperwork, and bank introductions in the UK?

Please let me know if I'm missing any other solution?

The funds btw are fully legal and documented earnings. So please, if you've faced this or know someone who has genuinely solved something similar, please share. I'm really counting on your advice here.

Massively appreciated for anyone helping out, much thanks!

And they send all at once or can you split it?

I have sent large amounts many times without any issues in many places with many banks. I think it often also is a question on how you approach it. If you have a new account and then you get 750k USD, we are talking about a different situation than if you frist send 25k and then 50k and then 100k.

I would say that with pretty much anybody on this planets, a large initial amount immediately raises suspicion.

So MOST emi's have banned you as you claim ns2.

Not sure, they kept on asking for additional information, which I gave them, and then they closed the account.

I think you do know or have at least a suspicion what the issue is. You need to come clean about what is wrong with your activity or passport etc. Otherwise your just wasting your time trying EMI after EMI and getting banned without resolving root issue. There are EMI's with a higher risk appetite depending on what the problem is.

Not most of course, but several, I think it's 4 so far now but I also got accepted by 2 so I should have worded it differently for sure

And no I genuinely don't know other wise I would have included that, they asked for different kinds of documents, which I provided for, and then suddenly closed the account. I wish I knew more but this is all I have. And I do have an European passport. And I'm not in anything illegal or crypto etc.

But the problem right now is not even me getting not accepted, it's me being scared that my money will get frozen or lost, because they can just do that.
Maybe I'm overthinking it too much, but it's just a feeling I have, I don't like the idea of having that money sent to an EMI, where I'm helpless whenever something goes wrong.

I would rather put more effort into getting a traditional bank (if that's an option which I really would like to know)

Either way thanks for the message, hope this clears it more up for everyone

Do all members have EU passports?

Was a UK EMI the first to ban you? I ask as there is chance if the ban was related to fraud i.e suspect documents you provided them then your almost certainly been entered in the UK CIFAS blacklist database by them. Wise, Revoult and other UK banks etc all are members of CIFAS and use this database to blacklist clients. You would be persona non-grata (banned) for business in UK if its the case.

You can make a request below to see if its the case.

P.S Hopefully none of above is true and it is simply EMI's internal rules and they don't like UK LLP's of non-residents following the Scottish LLP's and money laundering scandal as they see them as high risk. In which case you need a high risk EMI.
