Nevis and St. Vincent goos entities or crap?

Look at the number of unregulated FX, binary etc companies with registration at Vincent...at Beliz and Seychelles they need license, but not in Vincent and Nevis
What does it change for them. If it requires a license anywhere else then any bank or EMI they apply for account opening will require this license and if not possible to provide it they will refuse to open the account.

They don't need any license there. So, they are unregulated: no responsibility, no reports, no penalties.

It's not required. Of course, they can't open bank accounts in top or EU banks, but still possible to open offshore accounts. Not all EMIs accept them, but there is a lot of decisions, which accept unlicensed high-risk.

Does anyone with such business and low on budget ever care if they need to have a license if it is possible to create a cheap Seychelles company for €650 somewehere and no one cares don't even check if this is legal?

I don't think so. It's religion and nothing else, some better like Seychelles over St. Kitts and the opposite - 99% of all the ilegal operations around really give a s**t if it is legal what they are doing or not they churn and burn!

Seychelles, Belize, St.kitts, Nevis and what else these low budget jurisdictions are then they are used worldwide for fraud activity and illegal activities which is known to all! Anyway, no one cares and that's what they are good for so why blame them!
