Offshore banking Seychelles, Cyprus, Caribbean or Guatemala?

So I read on the forum that banking in the mentioned offshore countries is possible, now I need to know where is the best and easiest and securest to open the account?

In Cyprus it is actually pretty easy to open a bank account, Seychelles have a requirement for min. deposits ranging from 5000 to 50000 USD to be maintained. Caribbean is pretty straight forward and takes only 24 hours to get your account if all documents are available.
