Offshore Belize company and Cyprus bank account why is that so?

I have read almost anywhere that a Belize company with Cyprus bank account is the best solution for every business and anyone needs, why is that so?

I read lot's of opinions about a Belize company with Cyprus bank account but it all comes down to what business you are into... So far I see the majority to be offshore hosting companies that incorporate in Belize and Investment or Holding companies that incorporate in the Seychelles.
