Offshore business

Hi!

Is it possible to pay your taxes in country A , while living in country B without having to pay tax in country B ?
Is this the definition of an offshore business and is it possible to have a small (10,000$ per year for example) offshore business?

Its correct.
But tax avoiding and tax evading are really similar.
The costs for an offshore company are high.

For 10k it is better to pay the taxes. They are lower than the cost of the company itself
