Offshore company for my Mary Kay business can it be done?

I've been a Mary Kay consultant for almost two years now. They have great products and if you put the effort you will do great.


One of my colleagues told me better start your business slowly to see how you do. My MK business is in the back burner now, but like she said if you put your time and effort in it, it will be great. Just make sure you like talking and starting conversation with strangers.


Now I'm here to take my business offshore!


I've need to know where the best place is to incorporate offshore for my offline business considering that I soon will try to take it online to expand my business?


I need a offshore company, bank account and some credit card payment processing!

My first suggestion based on your question would be Cyprus since it can offer you all the 3 listed services you require.

I was considering a low tax or better no tax country, I'm not into any tax evasion sort of kind but want to reduce the tax most possible.


Cyprus looks ok to me what is the tax rate there?

Is it true the tax in Cyprus is 10% and for other type of company 0% ?

For resident companies the corporate tax is 10% for non resident companies in Cyprus the tax rate is 0% !
