It is a fantastic new world I found with this forum, can someone take the time to list all benefits of a Offshore company regardless if Seychelles, BVI, Belize, Panama or anywhere else.

Main reasons are tax and privacy!


For offshore banking, Hong Kong, Cyprus, Seychelles, Panama and Switzerland are very popular, where Cyprus and Switzerland may not directly be considered offshore banking!
