I want to start an offshore escort agency operating but NOT located in the United States. The escorts working with my agency are considered independent contractors.

The agency will be located in a different country. EVERYTHING (advertising, phone calls, scheduling) will be done through the internet.

I want the escorts I work with to pay me through their debit / credit card through an offshore payment processor.

My concern for starting an offshore escort agency with operations in the USA

1- privacy protection

2-*tax*optimization

3- payment processor

My activities include:

- advertising for escorts in the US (think along the lines of eros.com, no direct contact with escorts, everything is online)

- Running an escort agency (i.e. putting clients and providers in contact, getting commission - at no point there is a direct contact with escorts, everything is done online and without any pressures or controls on escorts)

I have extensive experience in the industry.

I want to start the agency in a country such as the Netherlands where escorting is 100% is legal.

Can anyone suggest a good solution for these requirements?

Well for the processing in the Netherlands I would suggest you to look into one of the following payment processors:

Virtual Access Billing Solutions <- They process payments for all sort of adult stuff

Verotel

For thei ncorporation in the Netherlands I would consult one of the many lawfirms or CSP's there or simply apply by your self here Kamer van Koophandel: Trade register

Other alternative may be to look into the Netherlands Antilles, Curacao is such a place where most (because of tax benefits) have incorporated a company during the past. You may find registered CSP's in Curacao to register your company etc. there by following this link Home | Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry

Alternative payment processor is btw. ccbill.com they also have ccbill in Europe if required.

PayPal, Alertpay and Moneybookers I heard work with offshore company.. do you found a solution? please come back and tell I'm interested.
