Depends, one great offshore ountry would be the Seychelles also for banking! alternative banking would be Cyprus.

Yes you will always want to incorporate the Holding company before you go further with the trading company. It can be changed later, but it requires some of the corporate docs. in the trading company to be amended.

It took 5 weeks to get this done thank's to the register of companies that seemed to work slow.

Correction, they are not the last offshroe jurisdiction left who didn't signed a TIEA yet (actually they signed one with the Netherlands) but they a among the few left.

Why you still say Seychelles Holding is better than BVI Holding Company? The BVI offer as much privacy and anonymity protection as the Seychelles do??! In the BVI you don't need to maintain accounting nor do you need to be afraid of any tax authority because they have the banking secrecy in the BVI.

The BVI can't because of the TIEA's they signed offer the same level of privacy as a Seychelles company can, sorry but that's fact of live.

So far I read the Seychelles and their offshore IBC is offering the best privacy, have been search all the Internet around and can't find any valid alternative

Other great alternatives could be, Mauritius Holding Company, Panama Holding Company and Curacaó Holding Company! So you have some more offshore jurisdictions to work with and to explore your options.

It all comes down what it is you are looking for. Some may look for a high level of privacy for their offshore company while others simply look for a reduction in the tax burden and others again look for both.
