This is a question for an Indian resident providing 100% legit (not shady at all) services online.
Okay so as you may be aware that paypal users in India can not send money from their paypal balance. They need to withdraw to the Indian bank account first and then send via credit card added to paypal. This eats into their profit margins due to conversion charges etc. and also causes business delays, lots of hassles and depression because credit cards also have limits. It causes huge roadblocks in the business because of not being able to get work done.
The services provided are - marketing / freelancing. The services bought are links / seo / promotion etc. for personal and client websites.
There is no need to withdraw money to any bank account. All the money coming into the paypal account will be spent promoting websites, so paypal account is needed only to pay bills / buy services and other expenses for website promotion. The profit made by the person will be only from the profit earned by those websites.
