Does Cook Islands Trust would protect your assets in the EU from seizure? I don't think so.

Tate's assets in the West were seized, and his Bugatti is still in Dubai.

His assets outside of the EU, UK, and US are probably fine sitting in the Cook Islands trusts.

I don't know if I would trust anything I see from that Andrew Tate - The man is a fantastic actor, he is a criminal and a fantastic businessman. The YouTube videos he publishes as well as all his websites serve only one purpose, to make you believe there is a solution so you pay him a lot of money only to find out afterward that there wasn't one after all.

It is untrustworthy, especially when you have seen him on TV - I would never trust such a man or what he promotes.

I agree. He told lots of BS just for clout, and he is not experienced in the offshore world and the tax field.

But owning nothing personally and using trusts makes a lot of sense in today's world.

This is also a good point: Avoid banking in the West and in the places where you do business and live.

I'm going to disagree with this, but hear me out...

Maybe, just maybe, it could be that the purpose of Tate's life is only to serve as a warning to others!!!

Knowing what Tate used and how he did it and STILL got attacked by the scumbags should serve as a HUGE warning to others.

Let me explain with just one picture and one example...

This is Europe's map.

For example, say you can buy certain Louis Vuitton products in Lisbon for X and sell them in Oslo for 1.4X.

A lawyer, an officer of the court and licensed by the "state," would charge us millions for some stupid scribbles on paper that are commonly referred to as "Legal Opinions." Still, in the end, these rough toilet papers will do NOTHING! The gang members of the state will STILL steal our assets, we will STILL pay the lawyers huge amounts, which the lawyer will share with the state (+/- 50% taxes on the lawyer's income), and the chances of ending up in prison due to parallel construction is HUGE!

I, for one, am grateful Tate is being the martyr! Better him than me!

The whole raison d'être of OCT is hinged on others, more experienced ones, sharing their past experiences so the rest of us can avoid these pitfalls and bumps in the road to success.

The best part? Tate is doing it for FREE! We're getting all this front seat to his personal drama unfolding from the comfort of our cozy homes without even paying for it. H3ll! I'd pay for it (anonymously, of course ). We all see what these parasites have done to this man. They aren't physically conditioned to take Tate in a man-to-man battle. The political and judicial parasites are sending low-IQ martyrs with 47 chromosomes disguised as "law-abiding order followers" to gang up on a man they are terrified to meet in a dark alley in the streets of Somalia after midnight in a man-to-man confrontation.

If anything, I salute all the guys who are publicly taking one for the team. Their struggle has dramatically improved my strategies and tactics.

They broke their promises and commitments by introducing a 9% tax and trying to use sophistry and casuistry by still claiming there are no personal income taxes in Dubai. Not only are they devoid of a man's word and integrity, but it's obvious those monarchs have NEVER been punched in the face! They're toxic AF!

You are right; it seems arbitrary how they punish some people while others are allowed to live their lavish lives in Dubai regardless of how criminal they are or what offenses they have committed.

I'm also sceptical every time a woman screams rape. I still believe Mike Tyson is innocent since there was no way to prove that he's guilty or many others for that matter. I don't know if you have heard of the girlsdoporn story, you can look it up if you want to be disgusted.
Either Tate ran his cam business like girlsdoporn or he's done it professionally. For now, I don't know. I'll never cheer for an innocent man going to jail, and I do hope he's innocent, but there are videos of him talking about grooming girls to his business, which is not legal in Romania. If he was accused of something similar in any other country, their reaction would either be the same or harsher. I have seen some comments here calling Romania for the wild west and banana republic because of this case, which isn't true at all.

But they aren't trying to "wake others up" about a political criminal system and whatnot.

Suppose an unknown John Doe went on podcasts tomorrow and started to explain the criminal justice system and all the stuff he witnessed on the other side (e.g., IT from an early age for the "law") and started dropping names of politicians, judges, prosecutors, etc., their surreptitiously recorded criminal conversations and more. In that case, you can rest assured there would be tens if not hundreds of #metoo witnesses against him tomorrow. Some of these witnesses would cry about witnessing and enduring horrible crimes, and most of us would believe them. It would be "callous" and evil NOT to "believe" them.

PS. She is alive and well, living a lavish lifestyle in Kuwait. She had immunity in the US, which is why those who gave her the immunity used her to push their agenda.
