I agree seychelles is good for now. But I would be cautious, since they are facing many issues of non compliant and they will be force to amend law soon. Hence, best options for me is Mauritius or Belize

I don't think much will change, they comply to the latest OECD recommendation so everyone will be fine with their Seychelles IBC.

I would say with the new regulations there it can be good for both, but for Europe it need some time to see how the regulations will work in real.

A Seychelles company is the only way to protect your anonymity. There are good protection using a Seychelles company to hide who you are!

This is like comparing apples to oranges. Which jurisdiction is the best depends on what you need, why you are going offshore, and what treaties there are between your country of tax residence and the various jurisdiction. There is no simple one-fits-all answer.

The questions has source in it to be complicated to form a offshore company if you ask me. I'm learning much but not enough yet to know it all. This forum is great help to people like me.

Sorry to open this old thread. I wonder what your considerations are now in regards to the best offshore jurisdiction and the incorporation of a company? For me it's still Panama, Seychelles and BVI and for onshore it's Cyprus as nonresident. What's your thoughts if I may ask ?

Sorry, just opened a similar thread like this, just what the TAT is to incorporate the fastest for an offshore company. It's sometimes confusing to understand the entire procedure I find along with the requirements and other details.
