Paypal Bank CRS Report

Can you tell me how common CRS Reporting is nowadays. What will PayPal report and where do they send the data? The company would be Seychelles and my citizenship Austrian and residence in Austria.

What will banks report?

I am new to this topic and don't know anything about it.
